14U – High School Off Season
The 14U–High School Off Season Skills Program at Monument Ice Rinks is designed to help players improve their overall game through structured, high-quality summer training sessions.
This program focuses on developing skating, puck handling, shooting, passing, edge work, and overall hockey IQ in a fast-paced and engaging environment. Players will build confidence, improve consistency, and continue developing the skills needed for success during the upcoming season.
Coached by Carter Rapalje
Sessions are led by Colorado Rampage alumnus and NCAA Division I hockey player Carter Rapalje, providing athletes with high-level instruction in a positive, competitive, and professional training environment.

This program runs each summer, with sessions beginning in June and continuing through August.

Practices
Skills sessions are held twice per week on Mondays & Wednesdays at 7:15 PM.
Each session focuses on skating, puck control, shooting and passing development.
